Dr. Brandon Pardekooper
Dr. Brandon Pardekooper is an ordained pastor and has been serving in the local church for over 25 years.
From the church janitor to the Executive Pastor position, Dr. Pardekooper has served in all areas of ministry in churches with attendance ranging from 50-3500.
He holds degrees in Youth Ministries, Biblical Studies, Organizational Leadership, and Strategic Leadership Foresight and has authored two books, Millennial Leadership and The Highpoint of Grace.
In 2018, Dr. Pardekooper launched his consulting firm and the Pastor’s Growing Church Community to serve pastors as they grow their churches in this shifting digital age.
In this coaching experience, Dr. Pardekooper wants to show you how to build an engaging guest experience that increases your guest retention without creating a bunch of busy work for you and your team.

This coaching experience includes 6 sessions, 1 per month, with Dr. Pardekooper. Together you will get a clear picture of what your guest experience currently looks like and build a roadmap to the guest experience that will work for you, your church, and the community you serve.
Over the six sessions, we will build create highly personal engagement points, memorable moments for your guests, and a tech stack that makes it easy to manage and highly engaging.
Dr. Pardekooper will be your guide every step of the way answering your questions, providing templates and guides, and offering outside the box ideas you can can implement.
